    SHANGHAI, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) — China has launched its first domestically built polar research vessel and icebreaker “Xuelong 2” or “Snow Dragon” which will be operational in the first half of 2019.     Kathmandu, Aug 29:  A deadly plane crash at Nepal’s international airport was the fault of the pilot, who had been “extremely upset” and chain-smoked and wept in the cockpit during the flight, an investigation report said.
