Kathmandu, Dec 15 (RSS): Police here on Thursday arrested a person using indecent language against President Bidya Devi Bhandari on the social site Facebook. The Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police arrested Bibek Baniya of Bandipur Municipality-3, Tanahun district on the charge of writing Facebook status using indecent and offensive words against the President and disrespecting the Head-of-the-State.
