    Kathmandu, September 11 A low-cost carrier from Oman, Salam Air, has started its flights to Nepal after the government gave it a permission to fly.     Three-member team to probe Altitude Air helicopter crash

    Kathmandu, September 10 The government of Nepal on Sunday formed a three-member committee to investigate into the crash of a helicopter belonging to Altitude Air in Meghang of Nuwakot district. Six persons including the crew members had died in the accident on Saturday. One of the passengers, however, had survived.     Eight aviation accidents in eight months

    kathmandu,Sept 09: Six persons died while one woman survived when a helicopter crashed in Meghang Rural Municipality of Nuwakot district, according to newspaper reports. Meanwhile, Naya Patrika informs that Nepal recorded eight aviation accidents in past eight months since January 2018. Whereas January, February, July and August witnessed no accident, there were three accidents in June and two in September. Total 59 persons were killed in these accidents, 51 alone in the US-Bangla Airlines crash in March.

    Free wifi service offered at Pokhara Airport

    Kathmandu, Sep 07: Pokhara Airport is now offering free wifi to travellers.
