    Parked NAC Plane Hit By Boeing 767

     Kathmandu,March 23: An NAC Y12-E plane, parked outside of the hanger at the TIA, was hit by a Boeing 767 from behind. The NAC received the China-made plane two months ago, but hasn’t been able to fly it. The paper says that the incident took place around a week ago. It wasn’t clear to what extent the plane was damaged in the collision.

    U.S. Embassy forbids employees from visiting Chandragiri Hills

    Kathmandu, March 22: The U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu has forbidden U.S. government employees from visiting the Chandragiri Hills Cable Car. The embassy has quoted threats from a local group as the reason for this decision. The embassy also said that the group has threatened to extort and to engage in acts of violence against other private businesses, including local and international schools within the Kathmandu Valley.
