Govt to take back Osho Tapoban’s land

Kathmandu,Nov 01: Accusing the commune of breaching conversation laws and constructing illegal infrastructures, the government is all set to take back the forest land it provided to Osho Tapoban in Nagarjun of Kathmandu, Kantipur reports in a box story.

Around 13 years ago, the government had allowed the organisation to use 37 ropani land of Nagarjun forest, which is a part of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, to use as a spiritual commune. However, the government has now charged that the Tapoban used the area for commercial purposes.
