  • Rainfall to continue for three more days

    Kathmandu, July 9

    The Meteorological Forecasting Division under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has predicted rainfall for three more days across the country.

    Issuing a notice, the Division predicted that the precipitation will continue for next three days.

    Most places across the country will receive medium rainfall whereas heavy rainfall has been forecast in central and western regions on Monday night.

    Likewise, most places in the eastern and western regions would receive heavy rainfall for two days.

    Similarly, light rainfall is predicted for Wednesday afternoon across the country.

    Meanwhile, reports of the past 24 hours collected by the Division showed that Pokhara received the highest of 70.0 mm rainfall whereas Dipayal received the least 0.3 mm rainfall till Monday morning.

    Kathmandu received 18.3 mm rainfall till this morning.
